After suffering a neck injury in an accident, I was introduced to Massage Therapy as a tool in pain management. It was extremely helpful in managing my pain. I decided to become trained in massage therapy to help others who live with pain.

After graduating from The Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2004, I worked at CentraState Medical Center's Health Awareness Center. In 2008 I started my own practice.

Each client receives personalized care, tailored to his/her unique conditions in a relaxed environment. Time to transition before the massage and after provide a comfortable experience. You are not rushed in and rushed out. This is a time to center yourself and relax.
