I offer custom therapeutic massage sessions based on the individual clients needs. Therapeutic massage sessions can be a mix of both Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques along with Trigger point therapy and stretching to create the desired effect. 

Relaxing, stress reducing, goal-oriented massage relieves aches and pains. Massage allows you quite time to focus on yourself and become more connected to your body. 

I work with my clients using my experience and training along with client feedback to achieve the best outcome for the individual client. All sessions are for the full 90, 60, or 30 minutes.

Hot Stone Massage

This specialty massage is an extension of the Therapeutic massage. Extraordinarily soothing & calming, this massage employs basalt stones ranging in size that are sanitized and heated in water. The weight & warmth of the stones generates inner feelings of comfort and are actually used in conjunction with the therapist's hands to massage the muscles.

Pre-Natal Massage

Pre-Natal massage shares many of the goals of Therapeutic massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility and just make you feel good, but is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.

Foot Reflexology

The physical act of applying pressure to the feet with specific finger & hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Based on a system of Zones & Reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet effecting a physical change to the body.

When a person receives a foot reflexology treatment, they may benefit from increased circulation as well as relaxation. It also promotes the release of tensions.

Reiki

A Japanese form of alternative medicine, promoting healing and self-improvement. In Reiki, energy is emitted from the practitioner's hands through a series of carefully placed light touches to the receivers's energy field, with the goal of restoring or balancing the body's energy. 

A Reiki session is relaxing and done with the client fully clothed. The practitioners' hands are either just above or very lightly applied to the clients body.
